Akshay Kumar Wraps Up ‘Khel Khel Mein’ Shoot Schedule In London, Returns To Mumbai! Check Out Inside!
Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has returned to Mumbai after completing the shoot schedule of his upcoming comedy film Khel Khel Mein in London.
Khel Khel Mein is a comic entertainer directed by Mudassar Aziz, who has previously helmed films like Happy Bhag Jayegi and Pati Patni Aur Woh. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Aditya Seal and Ammy Virk in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release in 2024.
Akshay Kumar spotted on Mumbai airport after returning from London
Akshay Kumar returned from London after completing a schedule of Khel Khel Mein. HThe actor was spotted at the airport on Monday, wearing a black cap, black tee and black pants. He also obliged few fans to take a selfie with him.

Akshay had announced the start of the film’s shoot on October 21, 2023, by sharing a video of himself from day 1 on sets. In the reel, Akshay Kumar can be seen walking in a slow motion by the side of a glass shield. He can be seen smiling as he comes out of the corridor. Akshay Kumar can be seen in spectacles.
He had captioned the post, “Can’t help but smile when the camera rolls! Day 1 in London for #KhelKhelMein, shooting begins. Need your love and best wishes” Check out:
A source, close to the film, had told Times Now, “It was not announced but right from the beginning, this schedule was going to be the only schedule for this film as the whole film is set in London only and it would be only sensible to not leave anything incomplete and come back all the way again. Hence it was decided that we should complete the whole film in all respects in this schedule only, even if it takes a couple of days more than planned.”
About Akshay, Fardeen Starrer Khel Khel Mein
Reportedly, Khel Khel Mein is a remake of the Italian comedy drama Perfect Strangers and is produced by Ashwin Varde and Bhushan Kumar. Perfect Strangers was a blockbuster and has been remade in more than 20 countries till date, since its release in 2016. The film is a story of seven friends who play a game at dinner wherein all their incoming calls and text messages on their mobile phones will be displayed for the entire group. Secrets tumble out leading to chaos and fun.
Fardeen Khan, who is making his comeback after a long hiatus, is also excited to work with Akshay again. He had previously collaborated with Mudassar Aziz in Dulha Mil Gaya, which also had Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo role. Taapsee Pannu and Vaani Kapoor are reportedly playing the leading ladies in the film. This will be Taapsee’s third film with Akshay after Special 26 and Mission Mangal, and Vaani’s second film with him after Bell Bottom.

Khel Khel Mein is expected to release next year and promises to be a laughter riot for the audience. The film is one of the many projects that Akshay Kumar has in his kitty, along with Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Soorarai Pottru remake, Hera Pheri 3, Housefull 5 and Welcome To The Jungle.
