Sikandar: Salman Khan To Begin Filming Next Month With AR Murugadoss; Director To Simultaneously Shoot Sivakarthikeyan’s SK23
Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan thrilled his fans with the announcement of his upcoming action-packed venture titled Sikandar, set to hit screens on Eid 2025. Directed by AR Murugadoss, renowned for his work in the Hindi film industry with hits like Ghajini starring Aamir Khan, this collaboration marks the first-time partnership between Khan and Murugadoss.
The excitement surrounding Sikandar is palpable as it signifies Salman Khan’s return to the big screen after the success of Tiger 3. Khan, who has dominated the Eid slot with blockbusters like Ek Tha Tiger, Kick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and more, is poised to captivate audiences once again with his charismatic presence.
Sikandar To Go On Floors In May
Before delving into the world of Sikandar, AR Murugadoss has a prior commitment to fulfil. Currently engrossed in filming with Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan for a yet-to-be-titled project tentatively referred to as SK23, Murugadoss plans to wrap up this venture by June.
Subsequently, he will dive headfirst into the first schedule of Sikandar in May.

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Sikandar promises to be a cinematic extravaganza, with plans to shoot across India and Europe, aiming for grandeur on an unprecedented scale.
While earlier reports hinted at a staggering budget of Rs 400 crore for the film, no official confirmation has been made regarding the financial aspect.
Salman Khan’s Work Front
Salman Khan was last seen in Tiger 3, which was a box-office success. Apart from Sikandar, Salman also has Karan Johar’s Bull.
However, the superstar reportedly exited the project after it was delayed. He also has Tiger vs Pathaan in the pipeline.
