Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk are set to star in the upcoming romantic comedy-drama Bad Newz. The film was announced in March, and now, Vicky Kaushal has excited fans by sharing a hilarious video revealing that the trailer will be released soon. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on July 19.
Vicky Kaushal Treats Fans With Hilarious Clip To Share Bad Newz Trailer Update
Vicky Kaushal took to Instagram to share a fun video where he is seen falling onto a sofa and announcing, “Mere pass ek good news hai Bad Newz trailer aa raha hai.” Triptii Dimri also shared the same video, generating a lot of excitement among fans.
One fan commented, “AND the good news is that Bad Newz is coming!!” Celebrities like Sunny Kaushal and Sharvari Wagh also reacted to the post.
Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk also shared an update on their respective Instagram accounts.
Last year, several photos of Vicky Kaushal and Triptii Dimri went viral during their shoot in Croatia.
Triptii Dimri & Vicky Kaushal’s Work Front
In these pictures, Vicky was seen holding Triptii close as they filmed a song, and in one of the shots, he was lifting her in his arms. Bad Newz is directed by Anand Tiwari, known for his work on Bandish Bandits.
On the professional front, Triptii Dimri is basking in the success of Animal, released in December 2023, where she starred alongside Ranbir Kapoor.
Their on-screen chemistry was widely appreciated. Besides Bad Newz, Triptii will appear in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan, slated for a Diwali release.
She also has a film with Rajkummar Rao titled Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, a retro drama directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, set to release on 11 October 2024.
Vicky Kaushal, who was last seen in Sam Bahadur, will also star in Chhava, a period drama where he will share the screen with Rashmika Mandanna.
The film is expected to explore the bravery, sacrifice, and wartime strategies of Sambhaji Maharaj while also delving into the emotional love story between him and his wife.
