Baby John Trailer To Be Played In Theatres Alongside Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again; Expect Varun Dhawan’s Mind-Blowing Performance
Jio Studios is on fire in 2024, with a string of blockbuster hits under their belt. Films like Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, Article 370, Laapataa Ladies, and Shaitaan have done exceptionally well.
But it’s Stree 2 that has truly stunned the industry, smashing the Rs. 500 crore mark at the box office.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. Jio Studios has two highly anticipated releases lined up: Singham Again and Baby John.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Jyoti Deshpande, President of Media Business at RIL, shared her enthusiasm for Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan.

Deshpande was full of praise for the film, saying, “We are excited about it as it marks our first collaboration with Atlee, who brings his very own energy and ‘X’ factor to anything that he touches. Baby John is going to blow people’s minds because it has a never-before-seen performance by Varun Dhawan. It is mounted on a very big scale. The subject is very topical.”
She added, “It’s coming on Christmas as we need a very big date for the film. The music and background score are out of the world. The South filmmakers present their heroes in a very different and stylized manner and you’ll see that happening in Baby John. And I think we’ve got another franchise on our way with that character.”
When asked about the potential for a sequel, Deshpande hinted, “It’s another character-based franchise that you have to keep an eye on! Marketing for the film will kick off after Singham Again is released.”
Trailer Of Varun Dhawan Starrer To Be Attached With Singham Again
Fans of Baby John will have to wait a bit longer to see the film. While Singham Again is set to release on November 1 for Diwali, Baby John will arrive in theatres on December 25.
Directed by Kalees, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi. The project is produced by Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and Atlee’s A For Apple Productions.
In addition, Deshpande confirmed that the Baby John trailer will be attached to Singham Again, promising fans an exciting preview of what’s to come.
