‘Lawrence Bishnoi Ko Bulau Kya’: Woman Who Threatened Salman Khan’s Father Salim Khan ARRESTED By Mumbai Police, Denies Connection With Gangster
A woman dressed in a burqa has been arrested for threatening Salim Khan, the father of Sikandar actor Salman Khan. Alongside her, a male accomplice was also taken into custody.
This incident occurred on the morning of September 18, and the Mumbai Police have confirmed the details.
Arrested Woman Denies Connection With Bishnoi Gang, Says She wAs Teasing Salim Khan
The duo reportedly confronted Salim Khan near the Windermere Building. They approached him on a scooter, with the woman allegedly asking, “Lawrence Bishnoi Ko Bulau Kya?” After making the threatening remark, they quickly fled the scene.
Police investigations revealed that they do not have any connections to Lawrence Bishnoi or his gang, asserting that their intentions were merely to “tease” Salim Khan.
According to police sources, after receiving detailed statements from witnesses, a case was registered against the woman and the scooter driver. The police noted that while they identified the scooter number as 7444, the full number plate could not be seen.
This incident comes on the heels of serious security concerns for the Khan family.
Salman Khan House Firing Incident
Earlier this year, gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra, raising alarms about his safety. The attackers, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, were later apprehended and reported to have ties to Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. Following the gunfire, Salman Khan was placed under Y+ security, with additional measures taken to protect his family.
In June 2022, Salim Khan received a letter threatening both him and Salman, prompting immediate security upgrades. The Mumbai Police have invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against several individuals linked to these threats, including Bishnoi himself.
