Alia Bhatt & Sharvari Back In Kashmir For Alpha’s Action-Packed Shoot After Rain Delay – Filming At THESE Stunning Locations!
Alia Bhatt and Sharvari have returned to Kashmir to resume filming their upcoming spy thriller Alpha, following delays caused by heavy rains in September.
The film, directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra, was in the middle of its third shooting schedule when the weather in Pahalgam forced the crew to cut short their plans.
Initially intended to be a 10-day shoot, only three days of footage were captured before the weather halted production.

The team had considered relocating to other cities to continue filming but ultimately decided that the stunning landscapes of Kashmir were essential to the film’s vision.
A source revealed to Mid-day, “The director had cancelled the schedule due to the terrible weather. After that, Shiv and producer Aditya Chopra considered different possible cities where they could film the portions.
However, they soon realised that the valley’s picturesque locations were perfect for the sequences in question and slotted the Kashmir leg again for mid-October.”
Sharvari has already flown to Kashmir, and Alia Bhatt is expected to join the cast shortly.
Filming To Be Done At THESE Stunning Locations In Kashmir
The team plans to film some intense action sequences and a song, taking full advantage of the breathtaking settings.
“The action set-piece involves an elaborate chase,” shared an insider, hinting at some high-adrenaline scenes to come. Locations like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Srinagar will serve as the backdrops for these pivotal moments in the film. The majestic scenery is set to add depth to the film’s storyline and create visually striking action sequences.
Alpha is expected to be a major addition to Bollywood’s growing spy universe. Alongside Bhatt and Sharvari, the film stars veterans Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol, adding star power to the ensemble cast.
This spy thriller also ties into a larger Bollywood “spyverse” that includes popular figures like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Hrithik Roshan, all known for their roles in similar action-packed films. Alpha aims to continue building on this shared cinematic universe, blending action, intrigue, and high-stakes drama.
